The Paper Boat Hat is shaped as the simplest possible hat design- a triangle drawn across the top of the head. Made up, it resembles a child’s folded paper boat, however it also shares its shape with the illustrious bicorn hat popular in the late Eighteenth Century and immortalised by Napoleon Bonaparte.

The hat is fully fashioned in an inverted rib stitch, usually used for pullover cuffs and hems, clean finished at the edges and hand linked along the top sides.
